• For tickets sold during the exhibition period, we have introduced date and time designated tickets. The offer is only valid on the date and time listed, so please arrive within the specified time.
• Depending on the crowd, you may have to wait to enter.
• Tickets will be sold at counters and ticket vending machines only if they are in stock.

Each visitor will receive one original sticker from this exhibition.

Notes

• Cancellations (including date and time changes) cannot be made after purchase. Refunds will not be given if you arrive late to the venue, or if you are unable to arrive at the reserved date and time.
• Tickets will be sold on the day at the counter or ticket vending machine only if there is stock.
• Each ticket is valid only once per person during the exhibition period. Re-entry is not possible.
• Even if you have a disability certificate, you will still need to purchase a ticket. A caregiver for a person with a disability (up to one person) may enter for free.
  Please bring your purchased ticket and disability certificate to the information counter on the 8th floor of TOKYO NODE when entering.
  There is no need to purchase a ticket for your caregiver.
• Preschool children can enter for free, but must be accompanied by a parent with a ticket.
• If you are purchasing a student ticket or child ticket, please bring your student ID or proof of age.
• On the day of your visit, please present your purchased ticket (admission QR code) at the entrance.
• Resale of tickets and goods is strictly prohibited. In addition, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any troubles caused by transfer or resale.
• During busy times, you may have to wait to enter the exhibition and exchange goods.
• The design of the original sticker will change during the exhibition period. You cannot choose.
• Group tickets are not available.
• The exhibition is not responsible for any troubles between customers.
• Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition room, so please take care of them before entering. We would appreciate it if you could come prepared with baby carriers etc.
  *Please refrain from bringing strollers as there are some narrow aisles within the venue and there is a risk of damaging the works.
